Religious Organisations Bill and Policy, 2024 — analysis and submissions

When the Government published the Religious Organisations Policy, 2024 and the Religious Organisations Bill, 2024, Wazo Africa prepared a legal and policy analysis of both instruments and drafted consultation submissions for a faith-sector coalition. The work covered the registration and self-regulation architecture, the constitutional freedom-of-religion and freedom-of-association questions, and practical amendments.
