Draft legislative texts

Some documents on this site are working drafts of Bills, regulations and policy instruments prepared by Wazo Africa, often for or with a client. They are published here because draft Bills are public documents and there is a public interest in access to them.

A working draft is not an official publication. A Bill becomes a published Bill only when it is introduced and published by the relevant County Assembly, the National Assembly or the Senate. A draft regulation has no legal effect unless and until it is made by the competent authority and published in the Kenya Gazette. Where a document is a draft, it is marked as such on its page.
