Public petition to the National Assembly on sifted-maize price controls

Wazo Africa drafted and supported a public petition to the National Assembly on the Price Control (Essential Goods) (Sifted White Maize Meal) Order, 2017. The petition was accompanied by a documented evidence base on ex-factory prices and wholesale price trends, and by analysis of the disruptive effect of the price-control regulation on the sifted-maize market.
